The Theological-Pastoral department of the Vatican’s Secretariat for Communication will be coordinating the promotion of this annual day, now marking its 50th anniversary, when the Church focuses on a specific theme on communication.

We would like to invite and encourage all dioceses, religious communities and associations, and media professionals working Church communications, to share with us their own pastoral resources dedicated to this year’s theme where we will share them in a special webpage for the occasion:

At the same time, we encorage you to use the hashtag #ComMisericordia50 in social media postings to encourage and amplify discussion and reflection on the theme developed by Pope Francis in his message this year.
